@monkeyusamah I always try to kick my right leg up but for some reason even though I try to push my hips upwards and my leg to the face I end up with my legs crossed and my left hand down. Am I on the right track

I cant do my 3rd hand placement its like i go to V position then place my left arm on the ground then kick may legs and then i place my 2nd hand But in my there placement which should be fast . ive lack of speed cuz im focusing on my right arm and in may legs !
@xatzakis1 Age is just a number don't let it stop you. Just make sure this isn't your first move. Start with some basic toprock & footwork. Some toprock moves you should learn are the Indian Step, Side Step, and Kick step. Some footwork steps you should learn are the 6 step, 3 step, Helicopter/Coffee Grinder, the 2 step swipe, and the 2 step shuffle. Then, when you're getting to power and freezes you should learn the turtle freeze, then mill, then hand glide, then cricket, then UFO's then Flare.
@EnigmaticElement i know very good moves like windmill cricket jackhummer berrel windmill because i dance 3 years but flare is a difficult move can you help me??????????????????

@LearnToBreakdance i have 2 questions, 1 when i do my flares i only get my legs to the middle and then th e drop how can i get more speed, also can u do flares from a windmill or handstand
@bboylilbenjiondeck its hard to do power moves slow, so you gotta move fast when practicing. When you sweep your leg around the back and kick up your leg, try not to jump (it won't feel like ur jumpin). the higher you jump, the harder you fall. Don't forget, your landing hand will stop your bum from touching the ground!
not really, we are trying to show you many angles of the move, and show you proper motion. sorry if you dont like the time, but this is probably the best guide

i been trying to split for 10 months now, not a full split but maybe enough to start how to do a flare....
i think you have to do a near front split to so you can kick your face......sign.... training for one more is depressing...
