@arbiterally101 yeah, sometimes the game respawns NPC's after 3 days if you still have a quest that ties to them in the MISC section, because MISC quests cannot become Failed like if you were doing a normal non-MISC quest and the NPC you were protecting or following died, it would be Auto-completed
