Greg is right that is mud that is erupting out, with a little oil. They are on the verge of capping this well, no thanks to Obama and his bunch. Also thanks to " no more drilling offshore", the price of oil went up $3.00 a barrel, can you say $6.00 a gallon for gas.

I'm not defending this at all, so don't take it wrong -- but I am pretty certain the "eruption" is not oil -- it's caused by their attempt to top fill the hole with a mud mixture. So, you are seeing plumes of mud back pressuring against the oil.

@GregJoshuaW Its obvious that at least one-quarter of the debris is crude oil. Yes, not all of it is oil, theres lots of dirt mixed in, but oil is definitely part of this mixture.

Bad thing is, all this oil going into the environment will reek havoc for who knows how long. Another bad thing is that one of the Major oil companies that was cutting our dependence on Arab and communist oil will probably die in all this. If the boycotts don't kill them, the lawsuits and expenses of stopping and cleaning up this mess will. Smells rotten to me.

Problem is, it isn't smoke at all. It's millions of barrels of oil. And I've read that the oil reserve BP has drilled into may contain tens of billions of barrels. I wonder how many barrels these fools will have released into the world's oceans by August. It's mind boggling. I also read that Canada requires relief wells be drilled along with the original well. Not the oil owned U.S. though. BOYCOTT BP!

@HarvestGroup There are multiple scenarios that can cause a catastrophic situation that would kill millions of people in the gulf. Not just due to toxins in the water and air but also there is a high possibillity of a MASSIVE volcanic eruption and a tsunami if the insanely high pressure gets released that is many experts say is building up like bubble under the well.
