Part of what makes this show great. There's never anything to break the suspension of disbelief, because it all looks so natural. Even the really non-humanoid aliens.

It gave the actors something tangible to play off of. The Henson shop is amazing, Rygel and Pilot look better than any CGI ever will, because it's real.

@mongomondomongo Puppets will always be more realistic and convincing than CGI. Even movies as old as Legend have monsters and creatures that are more scary and convincing than anything you'll see in today's shitty CGI era of filmmaking.

@mongomondomongo Farscape, that is the name of the show, definatly a must see if you are a sci-fi fan. "buckwheat" there is Rigal the 16th, dominar (former) of the Hynirian empire. if you think this pupet is cool, look up Pilot.
