  • I find myself going super low on calories due to avoiding carbs. I can go with or without meat and veggies. I have never binged on broccoli. I don't eat over 5 times a day but I eat three 100 cal meals and two 400-500 meals. So far so good.

  • Hey there, can you please like a sample menu of what you eat daily so I can have a better idea of what to eat exactly because I've tried nearly all diets out there and I have failed each and every time. I have tried the eating after every 2 hours thing but I was either too full after one meal or too hungry and ate before..well it's just really confusing for me. So please help me.

  • I will follow my own work out plan. I don't diet. I don't need to diet.

  • Dayum man, Congratz. Imma do what your doing. Im so done with having to make myself eat 1500-2000 calories a day when im not even hungry... they say your supposed to lose weight eating what they call little but I only keep gaining. Thanks man :D

  • I just lost 50 lbs in 7 weeks as well. i eat boars head low sodium turkey breast on 35 cal wheat bread and lots of water!!! i feel great

  • That is so awesome you lost that much weight. I wish I could do that!! Then I would be at my goal weight in 2 months. That would be sweet!!!! When you were on the Thomas Diet did you also exercise or were you too tired or weak to do that? Just curious... :-)

  • It's interesting to hear some people's opinion on thinking that eating healthy, exercising, and losing that type of weight is unhealthy. Which is more unhealthy gaining that type of weight or losing that weight in that time period? As for the stretch marks that's untrue in most cases.

  • 50lbs lost in 2 months is WAY too much weight to lose in that time frame in your weight range. Not only is it unhealthy, it can cause stretch marks, and your skin doesn't have the time to retract properly leaving sagging skin.

  • @vids4all2c No, not everything else is restricted. You just have to be wise in what you eat and watch the calories. Sticking to fruits and veggies is a sure way of success due to them being low in calories and very healthy for you. Thanks for your comments!
