I've used Leon's services in Hobart twice now and I was very impressed, the reports are great and easy to understand, Leon's backup service after the inspection was outstanding and the 5 Star Condition Rating is a fantastic new innovation. Its amazing that conservative estimates are only about 30% of home buyers have a professional inspection done before they buy. I have a book of horror stories filled with the 70% that didn't get a property inspection done.
