Serena executes her leg movements very beautifully, but she sled more than twice in this dance. It's not the perfect thing you'll usually be expecting from Allan & Serena. But if you see her demo video, you'll see she usually executes them perfectly. You'll really see the difference

Incomparable. Joanna Leunis has good leg execution also, but both of them are a classification of their own ;)

This is one of the best Cha-Cha's i've ever seen. This couple show's you don't have to do trick's to give a brilliant performance. They're just so genwine, unlike other couple's who have to resorte to doing silly move's to capture an audience (i'm not gonna mention any name's). this couple's real & as good as it get's.

I have seen many european videos, and the europeans dance good, but they lack of the latin flavor. and this couple have that latin falvor the understand the music and the lirics of the music. I really enjoyed their dance style. And serena lecca is beautiful, sexy. hermosa y preciosa. yeah toda una princhipesa.

I think why I like Allan and Serena's dancing strike a chord in our heart is that they are telling a story. chacha is about flirting between a romancing couple. If you take a look at their routine. Serena is shaking her feminine charm at Allan to draw his attention. The start to flirt and their relationship grows. At the end, they are in step with each other and became a couple. And that, is what cha-cha is about. IMO..

It's hard to believe they never have won a championship, they have wonderful charisma and interaction while they perform, and their technique is excellant...Rdpostsr

Well, they are an excellent "demonstration" couple but that is very different from a "competition" couple. A "competition" couple has far less restriction than a "competition" couple. For example,when you are competiting, you can't do things like lift and drops, also your competition couple has to do some some complicated according to "dancesport" style. On the other hand, Tornsberg & Lecca dance a "simpler" routine but do it exception well. I think that may be the reason. IMO...

yes, in this case, you can't do mambo at the beginning of a international style dance compeition. i don't know much about mambo but they look ok to me for the mambo part. of course, for a mambo person, they may not be so hot.

you know, it is amazing that they haven't got above 4th place at Blackpool before they retire. I look at all the other demo's on YT and I think their choreography to be superior and more importantly, they dancing is more "latin" than the other demo's. Other couples are so "dancesportish".

ooo- okay- it's mambo since they dance on the 2- some people call mambo salsa on the 2- but salsa is on the 1 beat and mambo on the 2- mambo music is usually a bit slower- i <3 celia cruz's music!

nope- some of the steps are similar- like the new yorker- but there's plenty of cha cha basics like the lock step, fan, etc- plus the music is cha cha
