This IS the original Europa recorded by Gato - up to 2:05 or so - when they added Carlos' guitar playing it until the end. Props to him as the originator (and writer) of Europa. Personally I'm crazy about Europa as played by Gato Barbieri, but it's brilliant played by Santana's guitar too. Then to get Samba Pa Ti played by both of them? Be still my heart! How does it get better than this? I have Gato playing it on a compilation jazz CD. When I want to hear it I can play that. This is good!
