  • erm...can i ask i have a window's peak n wanted to part my fringe like a side swept fringe...but i juz cant do it...as some of my fringe will go back to the centre...covering my face...how can i do it n without gel, hairspray or clips???

  • @msstrawberrywhip Part your fringe on the side AS SOON AS YOU GET OUT OF THE SHOWER. Don't leave it up in the towel or comb it all back. Part it immediately and it will stay on that part until you get it wet. I made a video about this and how to cut and style side angle fringe, check them out on my youtube channel. Good luck.

  • hi

each time I comb the hair backwards it just flops forward again how do i fix it or is my hair not wet enough?

  • @vdchfgbgb This is a common problem and it's easy to solve. Part your hair IMMEDIATELY after you get out of the shower. Don't leave your hair up in the towel or comb it all back and wait to part it later. If you towel dry your hair and part it AS SOON AS you get out of the water, your hair will stay where you parted it until you get it wet again. For more information on this subject watch my Part Your Hair Immediately (Salon Secrets #5) video. I hope this helps.

  • i do i know were my hair lays natrually i have really thick hair and it just wont pairt right

  • @sweetheart9872 Try parting it as soon as you get out of the shower. Don't leave it in the towel and don't comb it straight back. PART IT RIGHT AWAY and it should lay where you want it too.

  • @sweetheart9872 For best results, wet your hair completely and part it where you want it to stay. If it still sticks up after that, then comb it in the opposite direction. Hair usually sticks up when you comb it against the grain. Try combing it in the direction it grows and it should lay down. Good luck!

  • i have troubl eparting my hair every time i try to part it like in the back when the hair is done parting my hair get all messed uo it drives me nuts olz help

  • i always want to do a dramatic side part... so i part it that way, but then for some reason throughout the day, my hair slowly goes back into a center parting which i hate. -_- How can I fix this?

  • i like your hair :] lol

  • thanks :)

  • what about if my hair was cut side-parted, and when i want to try the center parting, my bangs on both sides are not equally long. do u have any solutions for that problem?

  • Our advice is to do the centered side part. Part your hair down the middle and wear your fringe the way they were cut. Your other option is to get your fringe cut straight across. That way you can wear your fringe down the middle and they will be even. Watch our video on how to cut your own fringe if you can't get in to see your hairdresser. Hope this helps. :)

  • My hair is always parted in the middle , and when i part it on the side and straighten it, my layers get all messed up. Do you have any tips it?

  • Hi. If you always part your hair in the middle, you probably got your haircut with your hair parted down the middle. If your hair was cut down the middle, when you part it on the side your layers will be off center. I think that's what you mean by "messed up." I recommend the centered side part for you. This way you can feel like your hair is parted on the side and have your layers symmetrical.

  • well what if your hair has a permanent part? How do you train your hair to part anyway?

  • Yes, you can try these tricks even though you have a natural part. For best results, part your hair AS SOON AS you get out of the shower. Don't leave it in the towel or brush it back. Part it right away. To learn more, watch Salon Secrets #5 - Part Your Hair Immediately. Good luck!
