@zsharpdotnet I am a TKD stylist that fights in Kickboxing competition. I fight under Muay Thai rules, but I don't use their actual techniques. I use formal and modified TKD techniques. It would be best to learn actual Muay Thai techniques from someone who trains the art of Muay Thai, not someone who just fights under Muay Thai rules. I have a friend, Cyrus Washington, who will be doing Muay Thai technique tutorials in the near future. He's trained in the art of Muay Thai for over 10 years.

@YyJoBb I did a little on that, the majority of answers I got said that there was no "Ideal Height" as many people who practice Tae Kwon Do are short, as are tall. Let me know if you have some other Martial Arts questions, cos I seriously enjoy answering them. And to add to my answer, taller people have a SLIGHT advantage in kicks aimed to higher parts of the body (Head, Neck).
