That's insane...incredible video! I was in Avila in the evacuated zone the morning of the tsunami. Watched the water get sucked out of the harbor, and then watched the ocean surge up San Luis Creek into the golf course. Absolutely insane.

@hartford520 that is a very high elevation..thirty feet at least from sea level, is my bet.. my grandmother designed the house on the bluff to the left... i know a little about it.

morro bay is an amazing place, safe from tsunami.... that huge rock helps so much...
