No doubt the yankees are a good team, but Im a Boston fan because they are always the underdogs, but somehow they always pulled it of in the end + the boston atmisphore is just more friendly than any other team in my opinion

The redsox/yankees rivalry is mostly about the fans not the players. Except for that Joba Chamberlain fool who can't keep from headhunting. The Fisk/Munson hatred is over (mainly because Munson died in a plane crash in Ohio) . Of course when they play it is special but the players are professionals and have a professional respect for each other.
