Originally released in March 1946. The stork is a Jimmy Durante caricature; topical references to Bing Crosby [he had four sons at the time], Eddie Cantor [five daughters], Oliva Dionne [father of the famous Dionne quintuplets of Canada- they were 11 years old at the time], and General Jimmy Doolittle, Air Force Brigadier General during World War II. Topical reference at the end to John J. Anthony, famous for his daily "GOODWILL HOUR" radio show, where people came to him for "sensitive advice".
Baby Bottleneck is an awesome cartoon and you add the fact that Daffy Duck and Porky Pig get packaged together as a baby with Daffy as the top and Porky as the legs is hilarously awesome and cute.

Any idea as to what the mother pig said to the baby alligator at 1:45?
Just watching the bluray release and it is edited there too.
