I used to like this guy, but he is a flat out ball hog. If there was a stat for not hitting open teammeates and taking shots while double teamed, he's got to be the leader.

Please. He's the best scorer on the team and the only one who can consistently get his own shots. His percentages are outstanding and he's been real consistent. He should have gotten a deal instead of Luol Deng.

He's a great scorer who can score in bunches.But Gordon is a streaky shooter.. when he gets in a slump the Bulls are in for a long night. Last year was a painful example of that. I cringe when I see him dribble the ball up or get a rebound. because chances are he is not going to pass. Sorry a posession with not a single pass... that's just bad basketball.

No he's a damn good SCORER. And like many good scorers he plays weak, disninterested defense and makes costly turnovers. There are times he takes contested shots and makes them which is all well and good, but the shots he doesn't make he could have passed to an open teammate like Rose. And even the shots he makes, by working the ball you wear the defense out and keep them honest for later possesions. That's basketball 101, that these guys who are trying to play for bigger contracts forget.
