Well, the 14th Amendment has other things to say. Under the 14th Amendment, ANYBODY born in the US is a citizen at birth, unless you're part of an invading army or foreign diplomat. Obama was a citizen at birth, making him a natural born citizen.

The birth announcements were registered on the 8th, 4 days after his birth. I think she was pregnant with him and got stuck in Kenya because they wouldn't let her fly back to the U.S., as soon as they got back they registered his birth with the newspapers. This fits completely in line with why the only reason you're not seeing his original 1961 BC and a COLB instead is because until 1972 a citizen of Hawaii could request one. Well, the 14th Amendment has other things to say. Under the 14th Amendment, ANYBODY born in the US is a citizen at birth, unless you're part of an invading army or foreign diplomat. Obama was a citizen at birth, making him a natural born citizen.

The birth announcements were registered on the 8th, 4 days after his birth. I think she was pregnant with him and got stuck in Kenya because they wouldn't let her fly back to the U.S., as soon as they got back they registered his birth with the newspapers. This fits completely in line with why the only reason you're not seeing his original 1961 BC and a COLB instead is because until 1972 a citizen of Hawaii could request one. Now they're claiming the original is gone...how convenient!!

I assume you mean natural born citizen. In any event, that legal interpretation is incorrect. This has been settled since Wong Kim Ark, an 1897 SC case that explicitly defined natural born citizen as anybody born on US soil.

If I were Obama's adviser, I would tell him to release nothing. Here's why:
1. Obama's provided sufficient evidence, unless you have clear evidence he was not born in Honolulu.
2. Give a mouse a cookie, it'll want a glass of milk. The requests for other records will NEVER end, and even then, people like Taitz are trying to redefine NBC. No reason to placate the unplacatable.
3. Birthers are a fringe movement, and frankly, making the GOP look really bad right now. Why let the GOP off the hook?
