@ZyVonic you most certainly can. with the addition of a kenne bell 2.8H supercharger on a STOCK cobra, you will be making 704 hp at the rear wheels. thats just one mod and you dont need drag racing gear either. after that if you add full exhaust, cams, bigger injectors, and a tune. that will put you just a pinch over 1000 rwhp. and all of that would cost you roughly 10 grand depending on who installs most of the stuff.

Just watch most of the C6Z06 vs 03 Cobra videos if you want some proof of that... as most of the cobras in those videos are 120 mph cars (drivers) vs the 125+ z06

oh yeah and I've seen weights listed for the gallardo (not the SE or Super Leggera) varying from 3100-3450 lbs depending on source. Motortrend and Car&Driver both put it at 3350. Regardless, they generally ran very low 12s at the low end of 120 mph.
There is a big difference between a 122 mph car and a 127 mph car.
Just watch most of the C6Z06 vs 03 Cobra videos if you want some proof of that... as most of the cobras in those videos are 120 mph cars (drivers) vs the 125+ z06

if this video at 48 seconds "proves" anything, its that the gallardo went WOT past me (cobra) and then I dropped it to second as quick as I could and I almost instantly matched his speed (the exhaust combo at the time was LOUD and I couldn't hear the quiet lambo until it was passing me). If there weren't cars in front of us, it would have been interesting. I've been around fast cars enough to have an idea of what would have happened ;)

Oh yeah, and if you're going to try to skew the facts that's one thing, but you've got the weight wrong on the gallardo. It weighs 3155 lbs.And while it makes a whopping 480 hp, I'm left with just over 600 (520 rwhp / .85 = 611 fly wheel hp... assuming 15% drivetrain loss, and I'm on stock clutch so in reality it might be more with some clutch slip).
I've gone to the track before, 11.61 @ 127 on a 1.96 60'.
You'll have to take your gallardo to the track and tell us how you do.

THE DESCRIPTION clearly states the cobra makes 520 TO THE WHEELS and the gallardo makes 415 TO THE WHEELS that is 105 hp difference and you gallardo weighs in at 3153lbs not 3000lbs (which means it only weighs 512lbs more).
