  • Almost !.... I live and breath with batchoy , this is the closest of all..... It is very important that you use the right noodles which is fresh, avoid the noodle covered with oil this are old ones..... In paste i prefer the one that are dry that came from guimaras this for me gives more flavor than the one in the bottle, a combination of pork bones and cows makes a better broth specially the bone marrow.   • I am from Iloilo home of the original Batchoy. This is almost close to the original all you need is beef broth added sa broth mo it brings different na texture or taste. Pero it needs patient to cook batchoy especially the broth it takes hours of boiling pork and beef. I miss Batchoy na.
