This is an original song by an Italian pop group in the 1970's called "I Santi California"...Englebert does a great job singing an english translation of it...this was for sure recorded in Germany...he was very popular there in the late '80s and early '90s....

This lovely song is the Title of one CD ~ Coming Home...First song on CD, includes What If I Try? , Spanish Eyes, Feelings, Tropical Sunshine, Magic Night, Woman, Woman, Victims of Love, Love Has Been A Friend Of Mine, and We Fell In Love ( this sung with Jodie Wilson ) It is on Decca label. ( England ) I Believe.

Coming Home is also on a double album ( Pair Records ) A mix of some of the above songs and includes Golden Girl, Marlene, Blue Bayou, and Acapulco. One song nicer than the last....

Coming Home ~ another beautiful collection of songs on this CD. It was recorded in 1991, but where this particular concert took place, that I don't know. ( My guess would be Germany ) One thing for sure, Security was certainly lax ~ to actually go up on the stage, and not one, but half a dozen , WOW, can't see that happening in the U.S. The fans with their flowers were very polite, so perhaps it was all checked out before hand. Enge looked very continental in those years, Thanks for posting !
