Actually you're not too far off. Cancer is just mutated/ damaged cells multiplying. It's just the ugly ones that beat the immune system and cause disruptions to the body.

I hope you know that they say virtually anything causes cancer. and as for the others, not having them cases all those too, its just if you don't have them, there's a hell of a higher chance that you will get them.
