Where I live, you have to be 16 with a parent's consent. A legal guardian has to go with you, both of you have to have ID on you. When you turn 18, just bring ID, in the US 18 makes you a legal adult and you can stick a needle in anything you'd like.
I am sure you can find places that will pierce you by yourself underage, but I wouldn't go there, they might not be clean.

I am Sami, I am just on my friends accound on her computer. It does pinch...really hard. But it is worth it; it is over before you know it. I am kind of a whimp with pain..but I was okay with this one. I say go for it!! keep me updated on how it goes.

we just rung manchester and they said u dont need to be 16 so long as u have an adult.
