My opinion is that the Soldier is the best class to survive, kill, and level as well. He has insane skills such as a skill thet quickly regens health when you kill an enemy. He also has skills which give you various boosts such as health, shield and munition boosts. And if you get the right set of Scorpio turret skills, you will actully never need a gun. Also he has the "best" class mod, "Leader", giving you a 20-30 percent boost to your exp.

I feel like the siren is the best, her special is really helpful because you can get people faster and enemies cant see you. Also I found a class mod that regenerates SMG ammo and SMGs are really goo in Borderlands

you might want to check some of your weapons before you sell them all, and dont only use one gun, thats why u always have so little ammo
