  • Is it possible to play it with a keyboard?

  • No, bass guitar only. The synth sound is actually derived from the bass string waveform.

  • I guess another question would be ... with no guitar or 24 pin cord plugged should I be able to latch A and B pitches in that either A or B LEDs will remain illuminated rather than blink (on our's B only remains illuminated). Same question for Env. A/B ... without any 24 pin cord or guitar plugged in should I be able to select A or B (on our's we can only select A). Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Wayne ... can a Roland G-808 or GS-500 drive the GR-33B? Granted we're only talking low E, A, D. G strings. One guy says he tested a GR-33B using a bass and a GK-1. But wouldn't he have limited capability like the G-808 in that A pitch would not latch, there would be no VCF control, and only envelope A could be activated (yes we tried a G-808).

  • hey dude i will buy this bass in this week but i wanna ask u

do i must ues this effect to do all that

  • Yes

  • Can you use a G-88 bass with this?

  • Yes, this was originally sold with the G-88.

  • Great video. Sold me on getting a G-77. Does anyone happen to know if a G-77 can drive a GR-700?

  • The G-77 cannot drive a GR-700. The GR-700 is designed to work in the guitar range. It would have trouble tracking the lower frequencies of the G-77.
