I did it once at Rivera Maya, the name of the companny was Delphinus or something, it was magical, I was able to be a whole hour with a dolphin by myself, trainers teaches you how to treat them and everything you ask, btw trainers has a lot of patience to answer all your questions, you should try it next time you travel :)
