  • I get it. Mirror world, Justice League is evil. But are we to assume that THE GUARDIANS OF THE UNIVERSE are ALSO evil? If so, I'd say the Justice League are the least of their concerns...

(Otherwise they'd take away the power ring etc)

  • Owlmans lucky he has his suit and Bats has a cracked rib.

  • IS it me, or does Green Lantern consistently get his butt kicked by like everyone here?

  • @teenDarin

That is the overall impression, although he had his moments.

  • wtf was that staic shock at 0:23? damn i miss that show

  • @LEVIticusPHENOM No, it was an evil counterpart to Black Lightning.

  • her is what i love about dc comics if the bitch can take it you can dish it out

    0:26 0:50 1:15 1:41

  • I wish Green Lantern had a bit more screen time in this movie.

  • Cheshire Cat? wtf?

  • Psh. Figures. During all the fights, Flash is just playing around...

  • An evil version of Static. Sweet :P

  • @GalaxyMagician

That's Black Power. Crime Syndicate version of Justice League's Black Lightning.

  • WHY THE FUCK IS STATIC SHOCK ATTACKING MARTIAN MANHUNTER?

  • @ilovechlourine

That's Black Power. Crime Syndicate version of Justice League's Black Lightning.

  • @orinanime I'm more inclined to believe that that guy is Static. His costume's colors are rather like Static's costume colors from the first couple seasons of his series, and I don't remember Black Lightning being able to move metallic objects with his electricity. I could be wrong, though.

  • @remtar85

    look it up.

    its black power.

  • @orinanime lol black power

  • @remtar85 That would be a logical guess but at the time when this takes place Static was not officially a DC comic's character. AND, he's never been part of the Justice League (just the Teen Titans). Therefore his counterpart on this Earth would not be CSA member... or even an adult for that matter. Whereas DC's Black-Lighting, who's been around since the 70s, was a League member and rocked a familiar afro.

  • @StyleGuy08

the official character listing also shows that it's Black Power.

so, not just a logical guess. but the actual fact, as wel.

  • @orinanime Ah, cool. I actually never saw the official listing. Thanks.

  • @StyleGuy08

it's all good. I'm a huge comic fan and nerd.

any info you need, just let me know. I'll find it fast.

  • @orinanime I'm a bit of a geek myself, but I've got a question for you still. It's a hypothetical. Who would make a better Earth protector overal Kal-El or Jor-El? And why?

  • @StyleGuy08

    oh man!!! great question!

well as an Earth Protector, Jor-El would have all of Kal-El's powers.

But from all depictions, he doesn't seem too inclined to result to physical force. That is, every depiction except for Superman: TAS.

And a lot of Superman's villains can't just be arrested, or reasoned with.

So, unless Jor-El puts every villain in the Phantom Zone, or is willing to resort to violence, I'd say it'd still be Kal-El.

    What about you?

  • I think if Jor-El was serious about protecting it and not modifying it into a New Krypton, despite his pacifist ways, he'd probably do a better job than Kal-El. For the simple reason that Jor-El is a genius by Kryptonian standards, whilst Kal-El is only a genius by our standards. Jor-El's knowledge of Kryptoniam tech, science, etc. makes him the more desireable protector. Being non-violent with all that knowledge in hand, he could probably make the world a safer place without lifting a finger.

  • @StyleGuy08

    very good points.

  • He could eliminate war by enhancing our resources, he could eliminate poverty by introducing us to alternate sources of fuel (which may create more jobs, ergo less unemployment), etc While keeping pety crime at bay with his physical might or the threat of Phantom Zone imprisonment (which would empty out our jails & give inmates safer locations to serve their sentences). The only thing we'd ever have to worry about are guys like Mongol, Extant, etc. Guys like Luthor, the Rogues, etc wouldnt exist

  • @StyleGuy08

but then he runs the risk of being a tyrant or dictator.

sure, he'd be doing good, but he'd essentially have taken over the world.

i think he'd avoid that sort of scenario, no matter how good the outcome.

but I get what you're saying.

  • Im glad u do but u also make a Good point. I suppose it could b done but he'd have to be VERY careful 2 avoid hubris. They say things like money/power only magnify the personality, they dont change the person. If he's inherently good, he'll stay that way (@ his core). Besides one doesnt hav 2 take over a place 2 mak it better. Think of guys lik Ghandi, Jesus, Buddha etc. They changed the world 4 the better. Opened peoples' eyes 2 new ways of thinkin & new states of bein, yet none desired to rule

  • 0:04 which villian is she?

  • @GeishaDevi

    0:04

    SuperWoman.

  • @orinanime thanks!

  • @GeishaDevi if ur talkin the woman who flys towards the alternate universe lex luthor she wonder woman

  • 1:06 --> OWNED!!

  • just watched the movie again for the 5th time :D

    SO love this movie <3

  • Same art style as on Young Justice.

  • Was it intentional that they made Kitana's evil duplicate look like Princess Mononoke?

  • i really want to see this right now

  • @biigT1992

me too. i think ill watch it again. it was so good

  • lmfao OMG ... Did that bitch just transformed into Scar from The Lion King ?

  • @RonnieRocketzTV That's what I said too when I watch this!! I guess she's a fan of the Lion King.

  • @RonnieRocketzTV shes the evil counterpart of vixen from justice league unlimited instead of channeling he power of animals while remaining in human form her counterpart turns into the animals themselves

  • you guys know the villians are supossed to have batter cloth then the hero in this one they aren't

  • Batman's awsome

  • 1:58 Scar!

  • I remember the book from when I was a kid. The evil version of the Justice League were actually weaker because they didn't have any challenges in their world like the League do almost constantly. But this movie makes it more interesting.

  • Who Is the sai-wileding masked lady? Evil version of Katana?

And who is electricity dude? evil version of Black Lightning or Static?

And could you please tell me who that guy Green Lantern was fighting in the beginning?

  • @Kanuskiz

yeah, her name is Sai. the counterpart to Katana

The electricity dude, is Black Power, an evil version of Black Lightning.

The girl Green Lantern was fighting at the beginning was Aurora, the evil counterpart to Halo.

The chick in pink, btw, is 'Model Citizen', the evil version Looker.

    Just thought that was neat.

    Hope that was helpful.

  • who is the kid supposed to be

  • @AFinleyProductions

Breakdance is the 'evil parallel earth' version of Vibe.

Made up just for this movie, it seems.

Vibe was created in the 80s for the new justice league, after it was disbanded.

He can manipulate sonic vibrations and wave pulses into energy wave blasts.

    Hope that helped

  • i know who vibe is so it helped you could have just said he is an evil version of vibe

  • @AFinleyProductions

ah well, i didn't want to assume. never good to assume. so i covered my bases.

  • its ok i watched the justice league cartoon and he was in it

  • @orinanime especially with a character as obscure as Vibe.

  • @neviusprime

    exactly.

  • Anyone know who's that fighting Green Lantern at 2:21?

  • @columbiacollege2008 I think she is another version of star saphire

  • @columbiacollege2008

The girl Green Lantern was fighting at the beginning was Aurora, the evil counterpart to Halo.

  • @orinanime Check the blue yellow and red patterns- could be Argent's counterpart.

  • is it just me or does superman look smaller

  • looks smaller than?

  • 0:45

    small?

  • never thought i'd ever see superman fight a woman like that lmao ..i bet ultraman really beats her ass for blatantly cheating on him with owlman

  • Notice how Superman and Ultraman's costume colors match

  • @fashizze lol

  • Superwoman is the evil counterpart of Wonder Woman and a ruthless amazon warrior.

  • normally yes.

in this movie they combined aspects of Morrison's Superwoman with the 60s Superwoman and the evil version of Mary Marvel.

  • i liked the three made men ..The Marvels counter parts Captain Super, Captain Super jr and Uncle Super

  • elastic man is plastic mans counterpart ..plastic /elastic ...a no brainer

  • yeah, this is an evil version of Elongated Man

  • @fashizze Uhh no. ELONGATED Man has been a JLA member for decades. Plastic Man becamse a JLA member roughly a decade ago.

  • 3:42

    OH YEAH!!!!!

  • i'd rather have a green lantern gauntlet than the ring. I'd probably lose the ring.

  • hehe

    too true!

  • Batman being my favorite character, I was upset by how much of a beating he takes throughout the movie, but he's definitely the biggest hero in it. He solves everything and saves the multiverse. it's okay if he loses some fights, he's a hero because he tries. And makes big decisions. Superman and GL play annoyingly small roles too... -_-

  • Don't forget, HIS evil twin is wearing an exoskeletal suit with strength enhancers and all other kinds of gadjets.

  • @Gunganfan I know, and I don't really have too much of a problem with it because I'm sure Batman is as skilled/more skilled than his Earth-3 counterpart. Plus, Batman usually takes beatings on purpose so he can strategize while his oponents get confident in winning. That's probably why Bruce stopped sucking and owned him at the end of their last fight

  • @VsxFedora yeah but take into account that owlman had the strength to put wonder woman down to her knees (insert sex joke here), so he definitely had the strength to beat Batman.

  • Gee, does Green Lantern get any actual lines or does he just grunt (not that hearing Nolan North just grunt is all that bad)?

I'm considering watching this just for Green Lantern because he's voiced by Nolan North, so I'd like to know if he's even really in there much. :P

  • yeah he gets a few lines.

he has a few good ones.

He also provides the voice for Power Ring.

He's the only actor in this movie to voice both his regular and evil personas.

    He rocks.

  • joker vs owl man in a fight to the death who would win ??

  • owlman.

  • Yeah. He's essentially Batman, but with a willingness to kill & Joker can't really hold his own against Batman in a straight fight.

  • i've always been cool with Batman being okay with killing, as long as it was necessary.

  • Nah, it kinda goes against the character. I prefer the Batman Begins idea - "Just because I won't kill you, doesn't mean I have to save you"

  • It doesnt go against the character, considering he was ORIGINALLY created as a comicbook hero that killed people.

He only stopped killing, because of censors in the 50s.

And the Batman Begins idea, just makes him a hypocrite, something Batman should NEVER be.

  • so, yeah, I went and looked it up.

Breakdance is the 'evil parallel earth' version of Vibe.

Made up just for this movie, it seems.

Vibe was created in the 80s for the new justice league, after it was disbanded.

He can manipulate sonic vibrations and wave pulses into energy wave blasts.

    Hope that helped.

  • Breakdance.

From what I can gather, he's a villian probably based on a real character, but for all I've seen, he's made up just for the movie.

Which is fine. He's only in the one scene, and you never see him again.

  • Breakdance is the evil counterpart of Vibe. And he's trying too hard for the hip-hop iage.

  • the fights were awesome!

    Although something was missing.

I just cant pinpoint what! (?)

  • just got to see this movie.

realized i've edited together 2 different fight scenes.

    LOL.

the second set of clips at the end were from their second encounter.

still. it's a cool set of clips.

    and that movie rocked!

  • I just wish that Kevin Conroy voiced Batman. I liked the good Lex Luthors voice I thought it fit. Superman's voice was fine although i prefer Tim Daly but it was ok. I did not like that they got a Baldwin to do Batman thou! Conroy all the way!

  • They should stick with The DCAU voice actor's for this movie.

  • meh

    why?

  • Cause Kevin Conroy is Batman lol

  • @Clonetrooperkev

    he's great. this is true.

but i'm always glad to hear new voices for the character.

  • This looks terrific. I wish they had used Black Lightnings new updated look, but that is a minor peeve.

    Thanks for posting.

  • well it's evil black lightning, so maybe we'll see good black lightning in his new costume, like we are with Martian Manhunter.

    Keep your fingers crossed.

  • saw the movie. the Good Black Lightning is in it, and in an updated costume.

    So it's all good.

  • the voices of Superman and Luthor both sound pretty terrible. totally unfitting.

  • Really?

    What's wrong with them?

Legitimately curious, not trying to start an argument.

I think Mark Harmon is perfect for Superman.

  • @orinanime I second that. I like all the voices they have fo this move. However I still wished Kevin Conroy was batman again. Baldwin is good as bats, but no one can outshine Conroy.

  • You know how its possible to fans of something to annoy someone so much, you start not liking it?

Like Ledger was a good Joker, but all the fans kinda ruined it. Now it's just annoying.

It's getting like that for me with Conroy.

  • Agreed.

  • Something just doesn't sound right about either performance. The actor portraying Luthor sounds too cheesy, and Superman...just doesn't give me that classic Superman vibe. I know that's vague, but they just don't sound like they fit.

  • well, i disagree, but i cant argue the point.

  • okay - just had a second viewing. Luthor sounds alright, I guess I was just so used to his voice being deeper in the DCAU. Superman doesn't sound masculine enough to me. Definitely not the worst performance ever. just not quite there.

  • ah.

    i see what you're sayin'.

    to me:

Superman is supposed to sound like a down-home country dad.

Mid-western Kansas plain sort of accent.

    Fatherly and authoritative.

Like if you took Tim Daly's Superman from The Animated Series, and made him older.

    And as for Luthor.

This is the good, kind hearted Luthor. So a softer voice fits.

I'm sure if evil Luthor (our world) was in it, he'd sound more like Clancy Brown from Superman:TAS

  • I can definitely concede to that. That being said, I don't think Superman exactly sounds "authoratative" enough in this.

  • honestly, Andrea Romano never really chooses bad acting talent. So far what i heard so far, the voices are what i expected to be-superb

  • @nightshade06

    agreed
