  • Ï love my Martin.

  • my father owned 2 Martin guitars, a 1963 D 28 and a newer HD 28, we are currently looking to sell the vintage one that is in mint condition

  • @juanitat10 How much would you be asking for that 63' D-28 that belonged to your father?

  • เล่นได้ดีมาๆ

  • that guitar at the end is just unbelievably beautiful, almost too beautiful >.>

  • The guitar at 2:59 is about as pimpish as you can get. Must have been designed by Curly IV.

  • If you go to MelodeeMusic in Leesburg VA, don't believe anything he says. He'll say whatever will get you buy inventory that isn't moving if he thinks he can fool you. I have short fingers & he convinced me that a wider neck is easier to play with short fingers & I spent 2 hrs there & ended up spending over a grand on a Martin that has the widest neck they make.

  • It's a Victor capo.

  • If your going to buy it, Please play it for christ sake

  • My wallet ran away :(

  • what type of capo is that at the end

  • @bobblueeyes

That's Kenny Sultan. You can ask him at kennysultan@aol.com

  • @bobblueeyes

That capo does look nice and tawny, but if you want the best and easiest to use, go for the G7th "Performance Capo". Not as cheap as that Dunlop Victor, but you get more than what you pay for with the G7th. Cheers.

  • @yumpladukfoo thanks :)

  • Name of God! An old Martin OM 45! Thanks ...

  • Dang and I thought the Martin guitars at Guitar centerr were expensive....

  • Did the bidders get to play them before bidding?

  • @doublealufwaffe Yes. Christie's holds auctions for fine musical instruments at least twice a year. They permit prospective buyers to play the instruments for several days prior to the auction.

  • martin since 1833, they are the oldest in the world

  • Comment removed

  • Incomparable!

  • they were not guitars, they were luts

  • Congratulations and THANKS to MARTIN for such quality work in the music community...guess that's why they are still the frontrunner

  • they are not the oldest guitar makers in the world

  • who is the oldest?

  • They are the oldest surviving guitar company

They've been around for well over 100 years.

Of course guitars were made before 1833, but the companies dont exist anymore

  • Splendid!

  • Fantastic!

  • Kenny, you jam man! Nice pickin'

  • Great vid i love my D-28 and D-15. Martin is a American Icon
