I started at a 10 and I did it myself.........however my ears were already very big and the 10's fit perfectly and I didn't really have to stretch at all.

That's nothing to be proud of. You're supposed to wait at least 4-6 weeks or longer between each size without skipping.

I went from 18g to 12g felt a bit of a stretch but nothing big. THAT' THE ONLY SKIP I WOULD RECOMMEND. After that it's too dangerous.

one day i decided that i wanted my ears streched....... so wat i did is that i got a piece of 0.5 lead put it in my ear. changed it to a 0.7 piece of lead. then i got to 0.9 lead and so on...... where do you get plugs?!

Lol. I stretched from 14 to 10 my first time. Didn't hurt, just kinda burned. I was sore as fuck after, though. I ain't skipping sizes again.

Just a tip (if you are not at 0 already) be prepared for pain when you gauge to 0 lol. Do it IN the shower, and used lotion/lube/vaseline whatever. Trust me, it's necessary lol . It will still hurt but it might not go in if you don't do that .

If that's a 14 and you didn't scream you must have gaged your ears before because it goes 18 16 14 12 etc so that would mean you skipped 2 sizes o.o I just repierced and gages mine to an 18 today.

@HiaimKat No, I never /stretched* my ears before. If you have had your ears pierced for years and years like I have, you could easily start with a 14 gauge like I did. My ears have been pierced since before I was a year old and this /stretch* was hardly painful. It all depends on the health of your lobes when you start /stretching* as to what size you start with.

@Meloncupfuls It was a 16g. I was good with out any lubricant for about two stretches, because my ears had been pierced for 19 years. So the first two weren't painful. I started using vitamin e oil when it started getting painful.
