@Jmasicre Go to the system settings. then click on keyboard. Click the Keyboard tab, then the check the box that talks about using standard F1-F12 keys. Then, if you want to use the functions like brightness or sound ect.. press and hold the fn key at the bottom left corner of your computer :D

Bind all hatcheries to 1.

Bind all queens to 2.

Far superior to setting individual hotkeys to expansions (which becomes impossible past your 3rd base) and I'm astounded Day9 didn't mention this in the video. This is Zerg Master level basics.

For strectching and whatnot, look at excercises guitarrists use. It's what day9 uses, plus a few others, use what wroks for you, and if you do play the guitar, it kills two birds with one shot if you're gonna practice after the game.

You eventually shouldn't use the arrow keys at all, it is hard at the start, but as you start to create control groups for everything, all you need to do is double tap the control group to get to the location you want.

to get better with mouse aiming i suggest aim400kg.rs. Google it and its a great game to improve your accuracy with mouse. Used to play it alot when I was playing counter strike. they got 3 diferent types of games which help you improe your mouse accuracy
