According to Kojima's original story they were killed in a crossfire by Solidus with rebels in the Liberian Civil war. They were caught in the crossfire, though Solidus took the blame. He also took Raiden in and saved his life. So in a way he wasn't particularly evil His methods were ruthless due to his beliefs as a warrior. That does not excuse what he did, but it does explain it. He wanted to destroy the Patriots, no matter the cost.

4:08, Kinda confused = "None other than the 3rd of big bosses sons" In MGS1 Liquid tells snake that there were "8" sons but 6 were sacrificed to make liquid and snake. And Liquid was just used to make the perfect clone which turned out to be SNAKE. So i do not know how they say "3 SONS" if in MGS1 They clearly explain that there were only 2 left

I read the story of Metal Gear and I think that I can answer your question.

There were 8 sons, 6 were sacrificed, Liquid and Solid were created. Solidus is not more than a perfect clone of big boss.

They used Big Bosses "Soldier Genes" to create the perfect warrior Solid Snake - Liquid got the "bad" genes.

Solidus has nothing to do with the emergence of Liquid and Solid. Liquid and Solid are clones, they shouldn't be called sons... But they are called Big Bosses sons... So does Solidus.

Actually, Liquid got the dominant genes. As Ocelot is talking to Solidus at the end of MGS1 he says "The inferior one was the winner after all" (Snake beats Liquid in the hand-to-hand battle) "Until the end, Liquid thought he was the inferior one."

Well in MGS4 they find out there not "Perfect" Clones of there father Big Boss, seeing as their DNA would not pass for his. I don't know if Liquid ever knew if he had the dominant, however Ocelot knew.

Well Liquid only found out part of the truth. If you listen to the transmission between Ocelot an Solidus at the end of the credits of MGS1, it explains That Liquid was really the one with Big Boss's dominent genes, Solid had all the recessive genes, Solidus has a perfect genetic match of Dominent and Recessive genes.

Just goes to show genes aren't a guarentee of superiority.

Solid outlived both his supposedly, "Superior" clone brothers.

Dude, you are missing some major info... Solid killed Big Boss during the first Metal Gear games, because BB was trying to turn the world into a mercenary state. BB is... maybe a good guy. Open to interpretation. Solidus is the only, 'perfect' clone of BB, since he is genetically identical. Liquid has only BB's dominant genes, Solid has only the recessive ones.

I made a similar mistake. After I completed getting the photos of RAY in the tanker to Otacon I skipped the cutscene where Liquid takes over him but during Raiden and Snake been held captive on top of Arsenal with Ocelot and Solidus after the Big Shell was demolished Liquid possessed Ocelot and when he revealed it was him at the tanker I couldn't believe I'd skipped the tanker cutscene.
