I don't think Free Willed human beings is consistent with an omniscient and omnipotent god.

To say that god gave us free will seems kind of false if you also accept that he already knew the way the world was going to go, down the the finest details, and configured it to do that. If this "gift" is described in the bible somewhere, it seems to suggest to me that either god is dishonest (or that he does not exist), or the bible isn't truthful.
