The way I do it is 1 cup milk flour and 1 egg except I use self raising instead of flour if we don't have plain flour but if u use flour u need baking powder or soda and some salt so she got it right an awesome cook

Just a tip to Laura! If you read this! The reason your pancakes come out all spotty, is because you use butter. So if you do not use butter in your pan, all of your pancakes will come out just as nice as the last ones. I did try and it worked :) Great recipe as always :D

If u want to make shapes you can put the batter in a squirt bottle and squirt on your pan in desired shape or use a pancake mold

I found adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract makes them taste & smell a lot better.

if the bottoms are coming out distorted what i found to help them cook more evenly is before you flip your pancakes work your spachula under and around the pancake shaking all the bubbles out of it then let the pancake settle for 2-3 seconds if no more bubble pop up its rdy to flip
