thats a hell of a saber, the only things better about master replicas is that they are cheaper and exact replicas from the movie. they also have power up and power down, unlike plecterlabs

The MR FX's are no where near being exact. They're often fatter and longer with gawdy plastic details.

There is an extension/retraction effect, but Kit is not using a blade that takes advantage of that.

Can't wait till plecterlabs or ultrasabers start mass producing fx lightsabers like this, so they can be abit more affordable. MR do nice work, but these kick ass!

totally agreed with Xwing on that... mrrocketeer is not only blind and deaf... he's just innaccurate. I own a Plecter saber, I ought to know. Mine is driving the K2 at 1.3A... show me an MR that does that. There isn't. The Plecter is the brightest saber I have yet.

I've send you the link of my video, the red saber is a MR FX Darth Maul one, and the blue one is a Graflex (Lue ANH one) with Plecterlabs' electronics and Ultrasabers blade.

I sent you this video because i didn't see the fluctuation effect in the intensity of the Luxeon, and the saber really looks alive with it!

Very nice review. I like the lockup effect. It really adds to the whole illusion of a real saber. Te response time between movement or clash with the sound looks right on too. I know some sound modules have too long of a delay. Erv' looks like he's delivered a product to be proud of. Congrats on owning such a cool saber. I hope to see you at C4.

Nice saber, however, a duel for a demonstration would have really demonstrated the effects better. Great Lightsaber however.

Well when Star Wars Celeb 4 comes around I will film many duels.

But there is no one I know to duel with thats lives close to me.
