Yes, Romana was killed by the Daleks, but since she was a Time Lady, did she live? If she did she probably died in the Time War like all the other Time Lords. But they keep bringing back dead people (or atleast you thought they were) so she could come back. Like people are saying they are going to get Amber Benson (Tera from Buffy) to be a new version of Romana! I would reall like that.

The character (Romana) didn't die on-screen but many fans think she died in the Time War. IMHO I think it's good we don't know for sure, because that leaves everything open for future writers/producers to do whatever they want with the character.

I didn't forget K9 or Kamelion. I chose not to use them because robotic faces were too hard for me to morph.

I didn't do Bret Vyon because it wasn't fair to have Nicholas Courtney twice and everyone else only once.

But I did totally forget Isobel (Sally Faulkner) from the Invasion. I suppose I should have done Pauline Collins in The Faceless Ones too, since the production team wanted to keep her as a companion at one point.
