Sugar is total class in this fight. Ray as well. Ray would've gone full tilt if Brandon had of pressed it. But he didn't. And THAT is why Sugar should be fighting among the NHL elite. Because he has respect.

actually Sugden kicked his ass at this fight.. Im a Rob Ray fan but was at this game. Ray was a bloddy mess afterwards and Sugden was a young player looking to battle a legend..and came out a winner. just FYI

well considering sugden has been around for a while and was like 29 during this fight, i wouldn't consider him a "kid" at all. I'm a fan of both guys but since this was ray's first fight since coming out of retirement and he was waaaay past his prime, i give him the benefit of the doubt.Just like i do for guys like probert and domi who had losses at the end of their respective careers against guys they normally would have prolly beaten. I wouldn't consider this something for sugden to brag about

Yeah...It was great. I was confused because Im a huge fan of Rob Ray and a friend of Sugden. But I was rooting for Sugden and I have to say, being at the game in person, Ray got his ass kicked but didnt go down. Rooting for Sugden didnt stop me from getting Ray;s autograph after the game on a Sabres hat though!
