@Rafaelsw1 At a high enough level "best" doesn't really mean anything. Victor is one of the most technically proficient bassists, certainly at slap (with only a few, Alain Caron) that come close. But there are others: Hadrien Feraud has unbelievable fingerstyle and I don't think anyone blows through changes with greater fluidity and musicality than Gary Willis. But different people have different preferences.
