Par curiosité, j'ai regardé ta chaîne et vu cette vidéo. J'ai beaucoup aimé! C'est vraiment sympa (surtout que je suis super mauvais en modèle vivant... fin bref). Je reste sidéré que tu utilises aussi peu de calques (au moins ton ordi rame pas trop). Les copains et moi, on ne les compte parfois plus!! (Du coup, l'ordi galère parfois en fin de rendu...)
Je reste étonné que tu ne tournes pas la surface de travail (probablement pour le confort visuel en accéléré). Cintiq ou poignet "souple"?
@Acadesigners En général j'utilise des calques au début, pour la phase recherche et placement des couleurs, ombres basique, mais c vrai que la grosse partie je la travaille sur un seul calque pour vraiment faire le modelé com une peinture, mais certain élémts complexes je fais un calque par dessus pour éviter de tout pourrir lol ! je n'ai pas de cintiq, mon poignet est t-il souple aucune idée, mé c vrai je tourne rarement la surface de travail, parfois je fé une symétrie mé c tout
Do you prefer to digitally do things or to use copic / ink? i'm dreading learning digital art but i'm kinda scared it won't be even close to as much fun as actually physically using markers n stuff
@AmyShugo the sketch is the hardest and longest part, sometimes it takes 1h, sometime it takes 3 or 4h. finding the idea is hard. but after it's just very easy to do the color, it's even boring actually lol !! it's not the part i love the most, that's why i'v got a lot of works that are remaining to the sketch part becauqe i find the reste of it quite boring lol
@Sakuems Well, I still like it.. I sometimes get bored too when I draw.. I stopped drawing now since I am busy with all the other things.. And I still need to practice playing the piano.. I get bored sometimes when I get suck on the same songs.. ~Sighed~

@Phisosohapi hihi oui je suis française ^^ et ça fait plaisir d'avoir à répondre en français aussi lol ! c'est parfois pas évident d'expliquer en anglais ! Pour les réglages du doigt en général c'est très élevé, je travaille à 95% d'intensité avec un set de brush spécial, j'ai mis pas mal de temps à compiler des brushes du web, j'ai fait un set qui marche sur photoshop CS à CS5. je t'envoie le lien par mail :)
Do you only use one layer to draw this? Also, do you use the tablet or the mouse to do the outline? God, outlining so hard for me and you are soooo good at it. It's amazing.
@bbsyduam2452 I put the colors on a few layers first, when it's more precise i merge all the layers of the character and i work on it. Sometimes for the accesories or butterflies here, i work on another layer of course. and the background is on another layer also. I work with a tablet :) outline is the hardest thing ever, that's way there's not really an outline on my drawings :p
Wow, I can draw with a pencil and paper but I cannot draw on the computer. Like if I drew something on the computer it really would look like a toddler did it! Your picture is really pretty:)

@PrinceOF9Imagination ooh you're sweet !! you don't need to be like me to be an artist ! yes i studied art but they didn't teach me HOW to draw, they just gave me time to draw and express my feelings trough my art. the technique itself comes with the pratice, i watched a lot of anatomic books, and i kept drawing the parts that were the hardest like the face, the hands etc. and it's not easy even now ! i may have a gift from my mom; but it's only 20%, the rest is just work ^^
and BTW, what kind of books should I read to learn shadwing and coloring? I mean you use different colors with different levels, I need to learn how to do that :(
