As far as the blood I didn't try to find out. When I recorded the footage, that was the first time I had ever been in the building. In the bathtub was broken glass and more blood inside, and in the upstairs there was a noose hanging from the ceiling. The house later burned to the ground for no apparent reason and what was left was demoed.
