Well this video was shot in Hungary in Budapest and I don't believe that many recognised him as RA is not a really known band here (I live in Budapest). Jeannie you'd be surprised how many doesn't understand english here, believe me I have experienced it; not to mention that even those who speak some english are FAR, FAR AWAY from perfect english. There probably wasn't one person in fifty that understood english, never mind the odds of anyone passing by recognizing an american punk rock star that doesn't even have anything close to universal recognition in his own country. You want to be upset about recognition? Go to NYC and look at the all the street musicians that go unacknowledged by people that actually speak the same language.
