@toshibagal but thinnuka ia anyways an un refined usage. generally is it 'kazhikkuka' and for rice and payasam it is 'unnuka' - that is more refined.

Normally malayalees say 'vaa', 'po', 'thaa', 'para' etc. to elders, which is really an un-refined and respectless way to talk, we should say 'varoo', 'pokoo', 'tharoo', 'parayoo' etc. which is a bettter way to talk, with respect too.

the problem is that, in schools we dont teach our kids how to speak politely, in a refined and proper way.
