Highlandaz does it alot & the D.O.C. ft. D Nice did a video session of workouts with sets & reps . I remember the B-Rock ,Caleb,Abs joints I would be highly appreciative to see STB go back to that even more if its not asking for to much .Down here in DC I apply it to my daily workouts. So this means more than you think to me. Also what excersies help strengthen you to do planks on the dip bar ? I desire more air time on that particular movement. From my hood to your hood to the bar !!!
