While I HATE Pedro Martinez, I'll admit this is probably the classiest thing he's ever done. Montreal deserved the 1994 World Series, and even Martinez knows it.

I don't think I've been as wrong about anybody as I had Pedro Martinez. He seemed like an arrogant jerk on the mound, but he's really a very well-spoken, honest gentleman who just happened to be extremely competitive on the playing field. He seems like a really good guy, and an obvious Hall of Famer.

I don't know, if it's up to him he could be choosing Phillies as far as we're concerned. In the end we'll never know.

Expos wouldn't be a bad choice since that's where he had his breakout years, the Red Sox however is where he had his stretch of prime years.

One thing we do know, it's not going to be the Dodgers.

What I always liked about Pedro Martinez when he first arrived in Montreal was the fact that he liked to give the batters a little chin music. The batters of course didn't appreciate it and would often charge Martinez. This of course fired up the rest of the Expos and they would often end up winning the game because of this strategy.

I grew up being a Montreal Expos fan and I was deeply saddened when they move to Washington. I remember Pedro form 1994 to is 1997 incredible season. What a pitcher and what a man !
