@mustangs07083 Im not to sure about the Evo, but it could be radiator fans. I know my MR2 turbo has them, my buddy's Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 has them as well. But it is most likely just fans to keep it cool while its sitting at idle/not moving.

@FalloutFanatic51 Well, this IS a 4 cylinder WITH a turbocharger, an intercooler, and drives the 4 wheels. Plus, look at the power output. Definitely not great mpg numbers, but what can you expect.
