well this was my favorite total war there was no denying it was pretty broken compared to Rome, Medieval, and Shogun 2, i just wish they polished a bit better and made the AI something to wreckrn with like in Shogun (yes maybe i just suck ive consider this) but other then that the feel of it was unlike another total war game and the campaign map and management were excellently done also.

Cossacks and American Conquest were great games. I liked that every soldier had stats on the battlefield. Total war is a great though imperfect upgrade. Good view, it made me laugh and it is really funny that I was watching The Patriot just before this. lol I liked the extra characters though, but hey I'm a roleplayer at heart.

Great Britain had the best army and fleet in the entire 18th century. Meeting the British infantry on the battlefield was a sucieide mission. The British infantry was the most well trained and accurate infantry in the 18th century.

And let's not forget the British fleet who was the most powerful and feared in the world

I honestly love the battles but campaign kinda sucks numbers always win and infantry was overpowered cavalry is weak in this game and cannons were made the ultimate killing machine when they were really inacurate in real life but its still an incredible game although i do miss the royal family and the princesses i liked to see the kings son ride to his first battle

And as for said 'improvements' Empire is a totally different combat style. Now it is more modern, which takes out the main part of the Rome series. They did an amazing job considering they had to revamp most items in the game.

Britian lost becuse there soldiersn were trained so well they didnt know what to do when there officers were killed, thats why guerilla tactics were used. they targeted britsh officers.
