gawdmn @NBA, I am tryna to improve my jump by performing the training system that's over from (50 inch vertical [dot] com) - and just now gained over 13 inches so far but unfortunately I'm still a little off from being able to dunk the ball with ease. Its simply my first day of my third week so far, any type of advices?
