they both copy from each other, and apple doesnt always innovate. apple's time machine for leopard is taken from vista, and apples widgets is taken from Konfabulator, which was a third party app.

Mira you clearly haven't a clue. OSX is a well designed system and by no means crap. Macs are among the best made machines out there- especial Mac Pros which blow your HP or whatever out of the water. HP certainly cant beat them on quality hardware and quality design. And while Vista is great, it still doesnt have Expose, which is by far the best way to manage windows.Macs can also run windows. As for me, im running a custom computer I built thats triple booting Vista, OSX and XP.

And i would argue that distributing patches to the OSX kernel to enable it to run on a normal pc should and/or would be fine under fair use. Distributing the whole ISO is a problem.

tried the os x 86 installer problem mac os x supports in tiger all g3 processors
of 250 mhz speed and higher but in order to run os x86 on a pc you need
a p4 with see2 in order to run lame it should work on all processors
