when did you start working out like this. me and my brother he used to train and have me doing freezes.. he said do a freeze for an hour. how did you start. this is something i would like to do.. no weights just bodyweight and creativity
Great RESPECT. I've been watching your vids for a while. I;m going to give up gym a bit and give these a try to develop more functional strength. It's much more fun outside too. Anyway, your videos are very helpful, and the music is great. What's this one called? Keep the stuff coming.:D
I just have to ask, how long did it take you to get to this point where you have such awesome balance and control of your maneuvers?? I am trying this stuff and not even close to having that balance so I didn't know if this is something that comes to a person naturally or will it just require some time to master it like you have??
