I just watched 4 of your videos and this is my 2nd comment. Very nicly done, very useful info. I dont think i'll get to the other 196 videos tonght, but, i'll be back. FYI....i used to eat peanut shells for fiber but i was recently scared off from that b/c there's a potentially deadly plus carciginoic mold that can grow on the shells. This really blows. I didn't finish reseraching yet, but, i don't think it's good for me to eat them anymore. I like celery for fiber!! Thx for posting!!
Wow thanks mike, now i know i could eat a lot and still not go over 2000 calories, is about eating smaller and healthy meals that make you feel full. Amazing video.
Mike, you probably can't write because you just had that medical procedure on your shoulder. I hope you're doing well.
I've already prepared my menu for tomorrow. I know exactly what I'm going to eat and at what time. My motto is "If it's not on my menu, I don't eat it." I have calculated 51 grams of fibers in a mere 1240. I'm certainly eating healthy, but is not 1240 calories in average a little too low?
I've just finished my first day on the high-fiber diet which is just a way to easily stay on the low-calorie diet. This is what I had. I put the quantity of fiber in brackets: 10 prunes (7g), Val Nature, Apple cobber, 5 bars (25g), and a homemade soup that has brown rice and veggies (4g). That's a grand total of 36g of fibers and only 1210 calories! On a low-fiber diet, I would be starving right now! When I've reached my psychological 173-pound benchmark, I'll be celebrating and let you know.
I've watched the video many times just for the laugh. On the serious side, this video is an eye-opener for me. I'm embarking the fiber diet tomorrow. I've tried the low-calorie diet (1600 calories a day) for a few weeks, but could not stand it anymore. I then turned into a cookie monster eating everything on my way. Obviously, I was starving myself. I'm checking what I was eating, and realize that I was not ever eating 20 grams of fiber a day, which explains why I was hungry all the time.
I had no idea that it was so easy to get so much fiber in this little quantity of food! I've just finished compiling a list of foods and their fiber content. You eat your one cup of oatmeal in the morning and one cup of lentils for lunch and one cup of kidney beans in the evening, and you've alread taken in 41 grams of fibers.
I noticed that lists I've found on the web vary a lot. One list says 4 grams for an orange when another says 2!! How can I know which is correct???
Wow! 65 grams of fibers in only 1450 calories. Me who thought you needed those psyllium supplements you take in with water... I'm embarking your diet right now! I'm now fiber obsessed.
High fibre vegan diets are GREAT for weight loss! The weight melts off without you ever feeling hungry. You are a really 'natural' eater aren't, you gazing throughout the day. I am still a three square meals girl but I'm trying to fit some healthy snacks in between.

In your video, you write that an apple contains 5 grams of fiber. Where did you get this information from? My bag of apples say 3.

Have you noticed that All Brans come out in the washroom in about the same shape they went in your mouth? Is it that your system did not digest it?
