  • does anyone know where i can find a circuit diagram for this?

  • @StephenHart92 At 0:10, you can see the NE555 Multivibrator and a lot of resistor

  • Correct me if i'm wrong, but you could probably play that with alfoil on your fingers.

  • not unless you had wires going into the foil like the pen has

  • lol wrong

  • It needs to complete the circuit, that is why the pen has a wire attached

  • @AngusT07171 Oscillator can only sound one note at a time. Wouldn't work with more than one key at a time, as when playing chords.

  • You would need to ground yourself to the device aswell to create a full circuit. Device -> your hand -> key. That is why there is a wire connecting the stylus to the stylophone.

  • i still have my stylophone

  • OMG!

  • hLOoe..(:

  • I think I can pick up one that sounds exactly the same at my local Wal-Mart for $7

  • "Nach gebrauch ausschlaten!" xD

  • cool, anyone knows where can I get the circuit layout.......?

  • Yeah! I had one of these! Sound real cool through a Marshall-Amp.

  • I would love to hear that man. The slash sound on a stylophone? How epic :D

  • I watched all of your videos, and you have some really nice stuff going there... Please... I mean, PLEASE record audio from these synths as it suppose to sound (the JD-800 demo was a disgrace to it's beautiful lush pads - I bought mine particularly for these sounds...)

  • yea but its not a reeeeaal stylophone, u can't beat the originals.

  • These were sold by Böhm in the 1980s to try to convince people that they could assemble their own kit-build organ. I remember seeing them in their advertising literature of that period. Great find!
