my guess as to why the court is so dirty would be that they're trying to exaggerate the effects of of the ball when the regulars do their special shots (although it really isn't necessary). As to why everyone's hair style is different, i guess they're trying to make it more realistic. You just don't see people like atobe or oshitari walking down the streets with blue or silver hair
