Steve King and the Dittilies - Takin' Care of Business

I first saw Steve King & the Dittilies by the MSU campus back in, now wait for, BACK IN 1982!!! Yeah, I was an undergrad student at State then. Go Green!

They were playing at Dooley's.

A highlight of the show for me was a terrific version of the Who's "I Can't Explain." They also did the Turtles' "Happy Together." This band rocked. Steve himself, I do believe, played his trumpet mostly in addition to handling pretty much all of the lead vocals.
