@TheDatasureal well,i maybe got the answer.i googled that album from geto boys with the track u told me and in the samples its written they sampled "too much trouble in my mind".in the article about derelicts of dialect they dont mention any samples.so they might have sampled "corey died on the battlefield" that the bassline is similar to "so much trouble in my mind".
@chrisrap4ever You are an incredible help man thanx again.Feel like being bothered with another?"CB4"by Slum Village or "Somethin that means somethin"by The Pharcyde
@TheDatasureal look,to be honest im not the right person u need if want samples, cause im not into non hip hop music that much, even though i try to get.i googled both track and and they dont mention the sample.what i learned is that they both produced by j dilla.well, what i suggest u is to start listenin more music, especially music from the past like i try to do lately so u ll be able to recognize samples someday.i know, its not an easy job but its very interesting and i wish u good luck with it!
@TheDatasureal yes indeed, the both tracks got the same bassline during the verses.they both sampled a track named "so much trouble in my mind" from sir joe quarterman, that includes excactly the same bassline heard in those 2 songs.
